The Mildred H. Smith Foundation, Inc. is proud to present two scholarship opportunities. The first is the "Grow A Nurse Scholarship" program which will award One scholarship to an individual enrolled in a pre-licensure practical nursing education program approved by the Ohio Board of Nursing. The second is the "Scholarship for Continuing Education" which will be given to an LPN for the purpose of attending one continuing education program per two year licensure period.
