The Mildred Smith Foundation provides a way for you to meet your continuing education requirements. The following is a list of courses available to be taken. You must be a registered user to take the courses listed here. Once you have registered, just click on the name of the course.

If you do not wish to register and take the course online, please fill out the Course Order Form and mail the completed form to the address shown on the form. If you have not received the requested course by mail within 10 business days, please call the office at (937) 399-8920.
